Huawei’s first foldable 5G smartphone is here. The new Huawei Mate X was formally announced at the pre-MWC conference in Barcelona. The Huawei phone has two OLED full view display panels on the outer body that help to convert the hardware into an 8-inch tablet. Huawei has also provided a two-in-one camera operated by Leica Optics. In addition, Huawei Mate X 5G has to do with the support, which access high-speed data with low latency – HiSilicon operated by Kirin 980 SoC. The new model competes with particular Samsung Galaxy fold which began with Infinity Flex display earlier this week. To counter the Samsung model – Huawei offers a Falcon Wing design and a full view display experience. It comes in a single interstellar blue color option in the beginning. Huawei also came with a full protection case which protects the phone to some degree.
Huawei is mainly distributing MATE X to a different carrier for a 5G test. Apart from this, at the former conference of MWC, the company revealed that it is bringing the 5G version of the MAT 20X.
